Are you interested in building compelling websites and web applications for non-profit organizations?
We are a Seattle-based web design and development shop specializing in working with nonprofits. We work almost exclusively with the Drupal Content Management System (CMS).
We are looking for a full-time Junior to Mid-level Drupal Developer with strong front-end theming skills to grow with our in-house team.
Responsibilities:
- Build Drupal applications/ websites
- Turn design and user interface requirements into functional applications
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing client sites
- Work with project manager on project specs and time estimates
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to find solutions to various internal challenges (i.e. development approach, product development , etc.) and contribute ideas and efforts toward those efforts.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 2 years Drupal experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and work independently.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to deliver on time and on budget.
Required Skills:
- Drupal Theming and CSS
- Proficient in PHP and LAMP stack
- Proficient in relational databases (MySQL)
- Proficient in JavaScript
- Experience in the maintenance and administration of Drupal websites
- Knowledgeable in using version control in a multi developer environment.
Bonus Qualifications:
- AJAX or jQuery experience
- Expertise with various CRM systems, such as CiviCRM and Salesforce
- Google Maps API or other mapping technologies (e.g. MapBox)
- Mobile Apps and/or Responsive web design
- WordPress expertise.
